1) All items fully guaranteed from any defects. Products found to be defective within 30 days will be replaced with an identical item.

2) We sell only to our Dealers, we do not sell to the general public or consumers. We are direct to business distributors.

3) Inventory for all the items in the Ordering Area are updated everyday to add new items and remove out of stock products. If the is displayed it is available for order.

4) Orders can be placed directly in the Ordering Area by adding items to the shopping cart and checking out. If you would like the items to be shipped to you, put your address in the Billing and Shipping section. To have orders drop shipped to your customers put your address in the billing, and put your customers address in the Shipping section.

5) If the total amount of the order is under $25 there is a $2.50 service fee. Items are shipped out of the warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Allow 7 business days for delivery, depending upon the shipping location.

6) We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. When ordering merchandise by check, allow 5 days for the check to clear.

7) Merchandise that is returned to us for any reason other than for replacement is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

8) We ship via UPS 7 day ground. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the actual shipping charge that is charged by UPS.

9) For your webstore setup and merchant account to accept credit cards, please email any questions to us.

10) You may use any of product images as your own for sales promotion and to generate orders.
